Commercial Coordinator – Spirits Division (Norway

For our Spirits Division, we are now looking for a Commercial Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Director with all off-trade commercial activities for Anora’s spirits portfolio in Norway.
This role is central to ensuring smooth coordination of processes related to Vinmonopolet, with responsibility for timelines, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be a vital link between product management, sales, brand teams, and operational execution, helping ensure that products are efficiently managed and successfully brought to market.
Your key responsibilities
- Supporting the Commercial Director in all off-trade commercial operations for the Norwegian market
- Managing and executing tender processes in accordance with Vinmonopolet’s guidelines and deadlines
- Collaborating closely with Brand Managers on submission files and product samples
- Coordinating and planning commercial activities together with Brand Activation Managers
- Registering and maintaining product information in Vinmonopolet’s portal and other product-related systems (e.g. Mercell, Debio, Infinitum)
- Monitoring and tracking critical deadlines in Vinmonopolet’s annual schedules
- Handling product-related tasks for Vinmonopolet, including uploading and maintaining product images and product information
- Retrieving, analyzing, and distributing data from Vinmonopolet, including rankings, sales volumes, and assortment changes
What You Need to Succeed
- You are a highly structured and reilable person, with have a keen eye for details
- You have strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI is an advantage
- You communicate clearly and effectively, and are fluent in a Nordic language and English
- You are curious, forward-thinking, and eager to learn about the industry and Vinmonopolet
- You work independently while also being a supportive and collaborative team player
- 1-2 years of work experience
