Your mission? 🚀 

As our Automation and AI Trainee, you will play a key role in improving and further developing internal workflows. You will work at the intersection of operations, technology, and organizational development, with the goal of reducing manual work and increasing efficiency in employees’ daily tasks. Our solutions are used daily by many internal users, and your role will be to make internal processes smarter, faster, and more scalable through automation and artificial intelligence.

We are looking for someone who enjoys experimenting, learning, and taking ownership—someone who wants to build, test, and iterate using AI.

💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include: 

• Applying AI and automation to improve customer-facing processes

• Designing and developing AI-powered solutions with minimal manual interaction

• Building and iterating on AI chatbots using existing platforms and GenAI tools

• Exploring new ways AI can enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience

• Collaborating with Customer Success and Tech teams to turn ideas into working solutions

The focus is on learning by doing, curiosity, and continuous improvement.

⌛ Internship period:  May–September (flexible) - Adapted to your academic
schedule and availability
Internship vacation is included and agreed upon with your nearest leader

💵 Salary: 30 000 NOK / month

There may be opportunities to start later or continue part-time beyond the main internship period.

• Your studies are in a related field such as Engineering, Economy, or Computer science

• You have strong communication skills in English and Norwegian.

• You have a proactive mindset and a strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and excel in your role.
