As CEO of Zinus, you will have overall responsibility for the company’s strategy, commercial development, and organization. You will lead a highly competent management team and work closely with the Board, customers, and international partners. The role requires balancing short-term commercial execution with long-term strategic positioning and transforming Zinus from an entrepreneurial growth company into a more structured, data-driven, and scalable industrial business.

You will play a key role in driving international sales and market positioning, further developing the product portfolio in line with market needs, and building the organization, culture, and operating model required for continued growth.

We are looking for a leader with a strong commercial and industrial background, preferably from the maritime sector, energy, electrification or related industries. You have experience from international operations, complex B2B markets, and organizations undergoing rapid growth. You bring solid technical understanding, make data-driven decisions, and can combine structure and execution with clear, engaging leadership.

As a leader, you are visible and engaged, and you build trust through clarity, collaboration, and consistency. You set direction while creating momentum together with others, and you develop strong, diverse leadership teams. You are comfortable guiding the organization through professionalization and change, balancing structure with empowerment. You communicate clearly and authentically – internally and externally – and represent the company with credibility toward customers, owners, and partners. You are motivated by building long-term value and enabling people and organizations to grow.
