Study Lead/Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Study leads and Enigineering Managers to serve studies and projects out of Bergen. From the office in Bergen we work on Frame agreements and Modifications to both offshore and onshore facilities.
About the positionIn this position you will be responsible for overall management and administration of assigned studies and/or engineering management tasks between Aibel and the customer.
Responsibilities and tasks include
- Lead and coordinate the study team/engineering team
- Responsible for study results and execution within own organization, in accordance with laws, regulations, customer requirements, and Aibel requirements
- Identify and report project risks within the scope of work
- Report internal and external status and implement necessary corrective actions to ensure optimal execution of the study/engineering assignment
- As Study Lead, overall responsibility for all discussions and communication with the customer
Qualifications
- Engineer, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience from project and/or study management
- Experience from the oil and gas industry or other relevant industries

- Strong ability to collaborate internally and with the customer, and to recognize and value the importance of the leadership role
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in Norwegian and English
- Structured and organized, able to think holistically and work efficiently
- Contribute to identifying cost‑optimal solutions
- Strong HSE mindset
