Head Receptionist

Ytri Island Retreat is a high-end destination located in the breathtaking Træna archipelago, far out at sea on the Norwegian coast.

With 38 exclusive rooms, a Michelin-ambitious restaurant, sauna facilities, a greenhouse and a private marina, we aim to deliver world-class experiences rooted in nature, authenticity, and the unique atmosphere of the Arctic seascape. 

We are now seeking dedicated and service-minded Head Receptionist to join our team.

Arbeidsoppgaver

As a Head Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences.
Your tasks will include:
Welcoming guests and handling check-in/check-out procedures
Managing reservations and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Providing information about the retreat, local attractions, and services
Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through professional and friendly service

Kvalifikasjoner

We are looking for candidates with:

Mimimum 2 years experience in front desk/reception. Preferably in high end hotels
Strong communication skills in English (scandinavian languages are an advantage)
Familiarity with booking systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
