HR Manager / ESG Reporting Manager for Norway and Sweden, for Solaris Bus & Coach Nordic region

We are currently looking for candidates for the role of:

 HR Manager / ESG Reporting Manager for our Nordic region. (Norway and Sweden)

 Your tasks:

·        Lead and manage all HR operations in Sweden and Norway, ensuring compliance with national labor laws, internal policies, and corporate HR standards.

·        Oversee end‑to‑end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, performance processes, employee relations, and offboarding.

·        Act as primary HR business partner to managers, providing guidance on labor law, organizational development, employee engagement, and people‑related decisions.

·        Coordinate and ensure compliance with local HSE regulations, employee wellbeing initiatives, and absence management procedures.

·        Lead ESG data collection for Sweden and Norway, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting according to Solaris Group sustainability standards.

·        Drive implementation of ESG frameworks (e.g., CSRD, GHG reporting requirements) applicable to operations in Sweden and Norway.

·        Collaborate with central HR and ESG teams to standardize reporting processes, KPIs, and documentation.

·        Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization within HR and ESG workstreams.

·        Support change management initiatives related to culture, compliance, organizational updates, and sustainability programs.

Our expectations:

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Sustainability, or a related field.

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, ideally in an international or Nordic‑based organization.

·        Strong knowledge of Swedish and Norwegian labor law, HR processes, and employment regulations.

·        Experience with ESG reporting, sustainability frameworks, or corporate compliance processes.

·        Ability to collect, structure, and analyze data; experience with HR or sustainability reporting tools is an advantage.

·        Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with leaders, employees, and external stakeholders.

·        Strong integrity, independence, and ability to manage sensitive information.

·        Structured, proactive working style with the ability to manage several processes simultaneously.

·        Experience in leading small teams or coordinating cross‑functional activities is an advantage.

·        Fluency in English; Swedish or Norwegian language skills are a must.
