Nordic Data & Process Governance Manager
Siemens Smart Infrastructure is committed to building a truly data-driven and process-excellent Finance organization. To strengthen this ambition, we are seeking a Data & Process Governance Manager for the Electrification & Automation (EA) business unit in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:
The Data & Process Governance Manager will lead initiatives in several critical areas:
Finance Process Excellence & Standardization: This involves designing, optimizing, and further developing finance processes from end-to-end. A core aspect will be harmonizing and standardizing processes across countries and teams to ensure consistent ways of working throughout the organization.
Data Governance & Compliance: Responsibilities include safeguarding data integrity through clear governance models, establishing ownership, and implementing effective controls. The role ensures alignment with accounting principles, internal guidelines, and ICFR requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Automation: Identifying process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities is key. The manager will drive automation, digitalization, and Business Intelligence (BI) enhancements to streamline finance value flows.
Documentation & Process Transparency: Maintaining clear, up-to-date process documentation, workflows, and guidelines is essential. The role ensures transparency and accessibility of processes for all stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration & System Integration: This position acts as a key contact for finance process topics across Finance, IT, and Shared Services in the Nordics. It involves defining system requirements and bridging finance with IT to enable seamless process integration.
How will you win us over?
You are likely to have:
A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field.
Experience in Finance & Controlling, process management, data governance, or business process improvement.
A strong understanding of Finance value flows, accounting principles, and reporting structures.
Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and SAP systems.
A structured, analytical, and process-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex matters in a simple, convincing way.
A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to influence and drive change.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset.
Fluency in English. Additional knowledge of a Nordic language would be an advantage.

Location:
Preferably Oslo, Norway, but other Nordic locations may be considered for the ideal candidate.
