About the role 

As an Operations Associate at Instabee, you’ll play an important role in making sure our last-mile deliveries across Norway run smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality. You’ll work close to daily operations, combining coordination, analysis, and problem-solving to ensure our courier partners and regional hubs deliver on their promises.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain a deep understanding of how large-scale delivery operations work in practice. You’ll collaborate closely with courier partners and hub managers, optimize routes and capacity, and help identify improvements that make a real difference — for both customers and merchants.

In this role you'll work office hours and every other Sunday with those Fridays off.

Some of the things you will do

• Create and adjust delivery routes to ensure efficient operations and high service quality

• Coordinate closely with courier partners to follow up on performance and daily execution

• Work with hub managers in your region to secure smooth collaboration and reliable capacity

• Monitor operational performance and ensure agreed volumes and service levels are met

• Identify deviations, investigate root causes, and support continuous improvements

Your future team
You’ll join our Operations team in Norway, a fast-moving and collaborative group responsible for making sure parcels reach customers on time — every day. The team consists of coordinators and operations specialists who enjoy problem-solving, teamwork, and turning data into action.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Operations, as well as courier partners and regional hubs, in an environment where learning, ownership, and improvement are highly valued.

What we're looking for 

You’re structured, curious, and enjoy working close to operations. You like having many touchpoints, solving problems as they arise, and improving how things are done.

• No previous work experience required — we’re happy to teach you the role

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders

• A data-driven mindset with attention to detail

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

The cherry on top

• Experience with route planning, optimization tools, or logistics systems

• Exposure to last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or operations environments

• Interest in performance tracking and continuous improvement

• A degree in a relevant field is a preferred
