Marketing Production Specialist (temp)

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating Helly Hansen’s marketing asset production and collateral activities across the marketing, product, and sales departments, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and budgets for both Sportswear and Workwear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management
  • Own and manage project structures, timelines, productions, and delivery from start to finish including all stakeholder’s milestones, input and final sign-off.
  • Ensure timeline and production efficiency across all owned projects.
    • Coordinate and create efficient cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration and processes for production efficiency.
  • Structure, map and organize asset needs to ensure relevant assets are captured
  • Manage seasonal asset productions such as studio production, location productions and support regional productions.

• Asset Production
  • Create comprehensive briefs executing on campaigns and needs from different stakeholders/departments.
  • Owner of the Product Flatshot, Detail, Hero and Onbody productions for both Sport and Workwear
  • Lead and assist in both Sport and Workwear photoshoots when necessary together with the Head of Production.
  • Lead and manage the process of certain films.
  • Manage Marketing deliverables for Sell-in (videos, images and documents).
  • Follow up on image requests from other departments, regions, countries and agencies and execute on needs.
  • Owner, Organizer and handler of all samples, products and props related to all product photoshoots.
  • Owner of the process around handling of photos, making sure all captured photos are received, tagged and uploaded to the mediabank for every season.
    • Make sure all planned asset productions meet specific requirements, deadlines and follow up where needed.
• Budget
  • Budget responsible for specified marketing asset productions

• Marketing Platform
  • System manager of our Marketing platform tools; mediabank, translation agency bank and marketing branding on our sales ordering tool.

• Media bank
  • Responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of the mediabank; managing access, tagging, uploading, and distributing assets.
  • Follow up on product updates through-out the season, making sure assets in the mediabank and seasonal excel files are always up to date which includes simple retouching of images for asap requests together with the Graphic Designer.
  • Coordinate with the other Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer in keeping the Media bank up to date, clean and searchable.

• Translations
  • Translation responsible, making sure all products have correct information and translations together with Graphic Designer for Sportswear.

• Marketing Samples
  • Owner of the handling of samples from arrival, through all photo shoots, sales meetings, trade shows and final clearance at office sample sales.
  • Manage and follow up status for each marketing sample.
  • To organize, pack and follow up on shipment of samples to other departments, events, partners and trade shows.
  • Responsible for sample room organization and maintenance.

• Marketing Support
  • Ad hoc support on various Marketing projects such as video, stop motion, animations production etc.
  • Support the Marketing team with general requests such as chart creation, PowerPoint presentations etc.

Experience /Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication or related field
• Preferred 2-5+ years of related experience
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Strong communication skills
• Able to run multiple tasks with a tight & clear overview
• High ability to work independently
• Interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
• Quick learner, organized, detail orientated, problem solver and performance orientated
• Interest and skills in photography and videography (handling image formats and programs)
• Highly familiar with Microsoft office package: Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Language skills – Fluent in English (verbal and written skills)
• Interested in the HH world of skiing, sailing, outdoors, or workwear
