As a Sales Cashier at our Bergen branch, you are the face of our business. You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience while managing financial transactions with precision.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
**Language Skills:**A good command of Norwegian and English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred. Experience handling cash is a plus.
**Computer Literacy:**Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
**Personal Attributes:**You are self-motivated, trustworthy, and thrive in a high-paced environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Transaction Management: Process money transfers and currency exchanges with high precision, efficiency, and strict adherence to compliance/AML regulations.

Customer Engagement: actively engage customers to understand their needs and offering solutions.

Advisory: Provide professional service by answering queries and guiding customers through our omnichannel services.

Cash Handling: Manage cash flow responsibly and ensure accurate balancing and accounting according to company guidelines.

Flexibility: Be available to work shifts on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
