Do you want to shape financial insight and transparency across the Group?
We are searching for a Group Finance Controller to play an important role in shaping the Group’s financial insight and transparency. The role offers a broad scope, combining Group reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and balance sheet follow-up with continuous improvement of finance processes.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including consolidation of Group accounts and statutory reporting
Follow up Group subsidiaries by collecting, validating, and analyzing financial data
Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the Group
Perform controlling and financial analyses of trends, margins, segments, and subsidiaries, and provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making
Assist in working capital management and balance sheet follow-up
Support compliance with legal requirements and accounting standards, including implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures
Drive digitalization and automation of reporting processes
Qualifications and experience:
Higher education in finance or economics, preferably a master’s degree in economics, finance, MRR, or similar
2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably from auditing
Solid understanding of accounting and finance; knowledge of consolidated accounts and IFRS is an advantage
Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, PowerPoint, and financial systems
Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
