We are seeking an Industrial Plumber!

On behalf of our customer, we are seeking an Industrial Plumber!

The industrial plumber's main responsibility is to perform tubing work, excluding welding, within the department's responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to, tube and pipe bending and assembly according to procedures, technical drawings, and operation manuals, as well as tube and pipe pressure testing, flushing, and other test activities.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• The role involves planning and performing day-to-day work within one's own area of responsibility
• The industrial plumber performs pressure testing of components and assemblies related to tubing and piping, as well as function and fit testing including completion of control documentation
• The position requires checking and signing off electronic work instructions, assembly and test procedures, and other relevant documentation related to fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• The role also includes contributing to ensuring that all tools and equipment within the area are kept in good order, properly maintained, and ready for use at all times.
• The industrial plumber must conform to all company quality requirements and complete required quality documentation, follow NCR procedures, maintain a clear focus on HSE throughout all work, and adhere to the code of conduct and Blueprint
• The position requires establishing and maintaining a strong focus on HSE, quality, and ethics in line with company policy in all areas of operation

• Technical understanding of hydraulic systems and be practical, solution-minded, and possess good communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills are required, along with a systematic and organized approach to work
• Highly skilled, innovative, motivated, and flexible with regard to tasks and working hours
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Be a team player who shares the common goal of meeting delivery targets while maintaining a safe working environment

Education and Experience:

• A certificate of apprenticeship or an equivalent level obtained through documented work experience and training is required
• Experience in fabrication, testing, and assembly of tubing and small-bore piping, as well as experience in flushing hydraulic systems in accordance with industry standards
