Manufacturing Technician

Head Energy is looking for a skilled/experienced Manufacturing Technician
Pnr: 23133

The industrial plumber's main responsibility is to perform tubing work, excluding welding, within in the department's responsibilities. This is included, but not limited to, tube/pipe bending and tube/pipe assembly according to procedures, technical drawings and operation manuals, tube/pipe pressure testing, flushing and other test activities.

Job Description:

• Plan and perform day to day work within one's own area of responsibility.
• Perform pressure testing of components/assembly related to tube/piping.
• Function and fit testing including completion of control documentation.
• Check and sign off; electronic work instructions (EWI), assembly/test procedures and other relevant documentation regarding fabrication/assembly and testing.
• Contribute to all tools and equipment within the area is kept in good order, always maintained and ready for use.
• Conform to all company quality requirements and complete quality documents.
• Follow NCR procedures.
• Maintain a clear focus on HSE throughout all work.
• Adhere to client code of conduct and Blueprint.
• Establish and maintain a high focus on HSE and Quality in line with company policy in all areas of operation.
• Establish and maintain a high focus on ethics in line with company policy.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of apprenticeship or equal level obtained by documented work experience and training.
• Experience in fabrication/testing/assembly of tubing and small-bore piping.
• Experience in flushing of hydraulic systems in accordance with industry standards.
• Technical understanding of hydraulic systems.
• Highly skilled, innovative, and motivated.
• Flexible towards tasks and working hours.
• Understand the hierarchy and follow instructions and procedures.
• A team player who shares the common goal to meet delivery target and who have focus on a safe working environment.

• Practical, solution minded and with good communication skills.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Systematic and organized.
