INTRODUCTION

Syncrolift is the global market leader in designing and delivering large-scale shiplift systems and heavy vessel transfer systems to shipyards worldwide. We are offering an exciting summer internship for talented engineering students who want hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and real-world projects. All design takes place in our modern head-office in Vestby, south-east of Oslo. You will work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to solutions that support and impact shipyards around the world.

If you study Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Architecture or Computer / Control System Engineering or related studies, this is your chance to join a highly dedicated team and contribute to innovative solutions for shipyards around the globe. We welcome applications from students at any stage of their studies, and encourage students in the final years of their studies to apply.

The internship run for 8 weeks during the summer of 2026 and will start early June (depending on when the candidate finishes the semester).

Applicants must be enrolled in an engineering degree program at a recognized university and eligible to work in Norway during the internship period.

• Students in Mechanical-, Electrical-, Computer-, Control System engineering, and Naval Architecture or related engineering fields.

• You should have good communication skills in English.
