Tracer Production Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and skilled candidate to join our Tracer Production team.

RESMAN has developed unique organic tracer compounds used in our wireless monitoring technology. Most of these compounds are produced at our production facility in Trondheim, where tracer manufacturing is organized within the Production division. As a Tracer Production Engineer, your main responsibility will be producing organic tracer compounds at a kilogram scale.

You will join a small, highly capable team. No two days are the same, we work with a broad portfolio of different products, each with its own characteristics, in an innovative environment where development and production go hand in hand with short time from development to use in commerical applications. With new, modern laboratories and new equipment, including advanced control systems, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute, improve, and help shape the way we work.

Qualifications
•    You have a relevant education at Master’s level. Specialization in organic chemistry is an advantage. 
•    Relevant work experience is considered an advantage, and may compensate for lack of formal education.
•    You are fluent in both written and spoken Norwegian and English

Main Responsibilities
•    Manufacturing of organic tracer compounds in kilograms scale
•    Conducting quality control and reporting product quality 
•    Maintenance of QC instruments such as HPLC-MS
•    QHSE in the laboratory
•    Sample treatment
•    Responsible for receipt, registration and storage control of tracers, chemicals and samples in the tracer production laboratory
•    Maintenance of procedures and work descriptions
•    Maintenance of reactors and tracer production facilities
•    A flexible resource in the production environment
