Warehouse & Logistics Operator in Oslo

Job Responsibilities

• Register customer return parcels in the warehouse management system, and sort, pack, and consolidate returned goods into containers according to operational and quality requirements.

• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and internal movement of goods when required.

• Provide customer support related to returns, shipments, and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and professional communication.

• Maintain effective internal communication with the head office and other departments to ensure smooth logistics and operational coordination.

• Follow warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.

• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) are an advantage.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams.

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving goods.

• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Proficiency in English; Norwegian language skills are a plus. Work language in English, written and spoken; ability to communicate in Norwegian or Chinese is preferable;

• Legal work permit in Norway is required.
