About the role

As a Commercial Analyst in Commercial Analytics, you will be part of and support the Commercial department with analyses and insights that are directly used in the planning, execution, and improvement of commercial initiatives. The role is operational and hands-on, focusing on working with data, reports, and models that provide a better understanding of customer behavior, campaigns, and conversion.

You will work closely with colleagues across commercial functions and analytics, and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop a deeper understanding of the bank's products, data, and processes.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Analyst, you will work at the very core of the bank, understanding what truly drives the business. The role is about transforming large amounts of data into insights that support better decision making in day to day commercial activities. You will work hands on with analysis, reporting, and modeling, ensuring that data is used correctly and consistently across the bank.

• Analyze customer and commercial data to optimize the acquisition process.
• Use SQL actively to retrieve, structure, and analyze data from various sources
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards used in daily commercial operations
• Analyze campaigns, CRM activities, and customer behavior, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Conduct segmentation analyses and build models to improve targeting and impact
• Contribute to more efficient and scalable commercial processes through better data flow and automation
• Develop predictive models that estimate behavior and enable data driven decisions
• Collaborate closely with other analytics teams and learn best practices for effective data use

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data and analysis and who wants to continue developing in a commercial environment. You are structured, curious, and focused on delivering analyses that are actually used in practice.

We believe that you:

• Have solid experience with SQL and enjoy working directly with databases
• Have worked with analysis in a commercial, marketing, or business-oriented environment
• Take responsibility for your own deliverables and enjoy collaborating closely with other professional teams
• Have experience with Python, R, or other programming tools.

Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage but not a requirement.
