About the role

We are seeking a skilled Project Completion Engineer – Cybersecurity to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring that cybersecurity standards are fully integrated into system engineering, delivery, and operational processes. You will act as a technical expert, supporting system integration, coordination, and verification activities across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

 

Key responsibilities

• Lead system integration activities related to cybersecurity for FFA delivery.
• Ensure functional design requirements are updated to reflect the company’s cybersecurity strategy.
• Confirm overall concept compliance with design basis, functional, and operational standards.
• Act as company delegate in audits and technical verifications.
• Support processes for TQs, DEVs, and NCRs, addressing technical challenges proactively.
• Help in driving multi-disciplinary technical activities and task forces.
• Review technical documentation to ensure consistent cybersecurity implementation across the project.
• Ensure cybersecurity standards are included in procurement packages where applicable.
• Participate in relevant ITP activities and ensure cybersecurity integration across end-to-end system functionality.
• Manage system integration resources, including scope of work, competence, and capacity.
• Support integration of project plans, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Monitor activity progress, align all stakeholders, and ensure accountability.

 

Qualifications

• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to actively promote open communication and a positive team environment.
• Experience building networks and sharing knowledge.
• Focused on continuous improvement and efficiency in line with LEAN principles.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity in engineering, operational, and procurement contexts.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.
• Familiarity with SAFER principles and commitment to safe work practices.
• Travel to construction and project sites in Børdal, Ørskog, and Stord as needed.
