We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Logistics platform in Oda!

In this role, you’ll work alongside software engineers, UX designers, product managers, data scientists, and data engineers to build data products and algorithms that improve our logistics, shop, and customer growth. Your work will enable smarter decisions, more automation, and a stronger data-driven culture across the entire value chain.

Our Logistics teams create the most efficient and customer-friendly supply chain, from warehouse operations to delivery. We develop systems for procurement, inventory, picking, dispatch, operations management, route planning, and customer delivery, combining automated hardware, custom software, and large-scale data analytics.

In this role, you’ll tackle complex business challenges, engage with multiple stakeholders, and collaborate across disciplines. Your insights and analyses will be key to making Oda a truly data-driven organization.

This role is based at our Oslo office at Tøyen, so you’ll need to live in or near Oslo.

What you’ll be doing as a Senior Data Analyst

• Lead analytics projects on our logistics platform, from defining the problem to delivering results we can measure.

• Take the lead in the team or in task forces when it is needed. 

• Turn complex, unclear business problems into structured analyses that make a real impact for Oda. 

• Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and operations teams to solve logistics challenges.

• Observe operations on-site, identify opportunities to improve processes or tools, and turn them into practical recommendations.

• Keep our data analysis, visualization, and modeling smart, reliable, and up to high standards.

• Work in tools like dbt, Snowflake, Cursor, Streamlit and Looker

What you’ll need to succeed 🌟

• Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within a cross-functional product and tech team.

• Higher education focused on quantitative methods, such as statistics, technology, business, or optimization.

• Hands on skills; advanced in statistics and SQL; experienced in turning analyses and models into actionable insights, with some programming experience (e.g., Python).

• Experienced with data modeling, building dashboards and data products, and turning business challenges into clear, actionable insights by combining a curiosity for data with a practical mindset to move projects forward. 

• Enjoy guiding teammates, sharing best practices, and elevating team impact through thoughtful code and data reviews. 

• Like to work in cross-functional teams, working closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to drive data-informed decisions.
