We're looking for a part-time On-site IT Support Technician in Oslo

We are seeking a part-time On-Site Support (OSS) Technician L1/L2 to provide on-site assistance. This role requires solid technical skills, autonomy, and the ability to deliver quality support in an international setting. You will work 2 days a week, 09:00 - 17:00 and will report directly to your supervisor in France & Portugal.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and workplace services
• Manage incidents and requests through Jira and other ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to end-user devices and office IT equipment
• Handle user and access management in Active Directory
• Support meeting rooms, videoconferencing systems, and basic networking
• Prepare and deploy IT equipment
• Document, prioritize, and escalate tickets when required
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and collaborate with remote teams

Your qualifications:

• Experience in L1/L2 support
• Knowledge of Jira and Windows environments
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Strong communication in English; local language is a plus
• Service-minded, reliable, and comfortable working independently
