About the role
Join Vårgrønn’s Market Analysis & Public Affairs team and help shape our brand through creative storytelling. We’re looking for a proactive, visually strong student who loves turning ideas into engaging content across multiple formats - behind and in front of the camera. You will be working closely with our Sr. Communications Advisor.

This role is based in Oslo, with occasionally remote or hybrid work options. The duration of this internship is 6 months.

What you will do

• Create and edit photo, video, and graphic content for social media, campaigns, and web.

• Contribute to marketing activities and ensure brand consistency.

• Collaborate across departments to be able to create the right content: some travel may occur.

What we are looking for

• Someone who is currently studying marketing, communications, media production, or design.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus).

• Experience with social media content and strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.

• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
