Qualifications

• We are looking for an experienced child and youth care worker, environmental therapist, or someone with other relevant education and background in working with children and adolescents.

• Strong competence in relationship-building and trust development.

• Ability to create a safe and supportive environment.

• Flexibility regarding working hours, location, and tasks.

• Patience and adaptability to changing needs.

• Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to work closely with educators.

• Training in trauma-informed care, mental health support, or inclusive education is a strong advantage.

• Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a car.

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Learning Assistant to provide support for a student throughout the school day. The role focuses on creating a safe and trusting environment that promotes positive development and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent support during the school day.

• Adapt to a flexible workplace - home visits, excursions, out-of-school activities within work hours.

• Assist in implementing plans for inclusion and participation.

• Build positive relationships that foster trust and stability.

• Adapt to different settings and tasks as needed.

• Communicate effectively with the school team.
