Key Responsibilities

• Oversee AI agents in creating innovative software solutions, utilizing an Agentic development approach to enhance productivity.
• Design and refine AI-driven workflows that boost development processes, including AI-assisted planning, code generation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to create impactful products, pioneering the future with new services and APIs.
• Evolve into an architect and orchestrator, emphasizing task decomposition, technical design, and integration, fostering growth beyond implementation details.
• Stay ahead of technological trends and contribute meaningfully to our evolving tech stack.
• Inspire and guide fellow developers in adopting AI-powered development practices, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• While previous experience with ERP systems or Invoice automation is beneficial, we thoroughly appreciate curiosity and hands-on experience with AI technologies from any background.

Expected Knowledge and Experience

Basic AI Literacy:

• Prompt Engineering: Craft effective prompts for AI tools.
• AI-Native Development: Utilize AI tools like for example GitHub Copilot. Claude Code, CodeRabbit, Cursor or Warp for planning, creating, testing, and reviewing code.
• General knowledge about traditional AI techniques, for instance RAG or Machine Learning.

AI Implementation:

• Context Engineering: some knowledge in how to design the information environment with proper context allocation.
• LLM Integration & Orchestration: Manage large language models (LLMs) in software, potentially with frameworks like LangChain.
• MCP: Understanding of how to design, expose, and consume MCP-compliant tools. Ability to structure backend logic, APIs, and workflows so AI agents can reliably call tools, request data, and trigger actions in a secure and scalable way.

The ideal candidate possesses, or is eager to develop, expertise in:

• Agentic AI Architecture: Design systems with collaborating AI agents.
• LLM Evaluation and Characteristics: Frame, test, and understand AI models.
• LLM Fine-tuning and Operations (LLMOps): Train models on specific data and manage AI-powered application lifecycles.
