Created by AutoStore, Pio is a warehouse automation company based in Stavanger that helps small and medium sized businesses run their warehouses like pros. Our advanced cube storage system lets smaller teams handle more orders, save space and ship faster without the complexity.

That is where you come in.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will define how people interact with the future of ecommerce logistics. You will translate complex systems such as robotics, AI and warehouse operations into interfaces that feel clear, intuitive and simple to use. From the first user insight to the final details, you will be involved in every step, shaping not just what we build, but how it works for the people who use it every day.

We are a small, tight knit team, which means your ideas matter and your work will make an impact fast. You will have the freedom to explore, test and turn real user problems into practical, scalable solutions across warehouses worldwide.

What you will work on

• Research user needs, either through on site visits or digital conversations with customers

• Scope new features and improvements

• Conduct user testing and prototyping to ensure higher quality outcomes

• Work together with our developer team to bring concepts to life

• Contribute to product strategy, exploring new markets and opportunities where Pio can create value

What you will need to nail this role

• 5+ years of experience as a UX designer, with a strong focus on understanding user needs and turning them into simple, effective experiences.

• Excellent communication skills

• Passion for technology and a proven track record of creating solid user experiences in software applications

• Well-organized, independent, and self-driven

• Experience with Figma or similar design tools

• Comfortable and experienced leading product development from strategy → research → concept → validation → launch
