Inventory Expeditor
ABOUT THIS JOB
The successful candidate will be responsible for offshore inventory orders and requests
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handle and expedite all offshore inventory orders received through BH inventory database.
- Update database with all relevant information regarding shipping details, addresses and materials
- Follow up on outstanding and missing items
- Feedback to offshore personnel on status of outstanding items/orders
- Liaison with Surface Gear Department on technical requests and issues
- Optimization and consolidation of freight with logistics department
- Assist on cycle counts of inventory for Drilling Systems parts
- Perform work according to Baker Hughes’ at all times current Quality, HS&E rules, regulations and procedures.
- Perform other task given by Inventory Supervisor which support given goals.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Certificate of apprenticeship within logistics or materials administration, or other relevant education/experience
- Certificate forklift T1-T4
- Overhead crane certificate
- Data skills
- English and Norwegian language skills

- Employment Status: Full Time Regular
- Local Norwegian contract
