Test Technician

The Position

We are seeking a Test Technician to join our Test & Validation team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and executing tests on our motors, ranging from product portfolio validation to custom test requests from the engineering and commercial departments. You will also take ownership of maintaining the test rigs and ensuring the test area remains organized and operational.

• Conduct tests to validate the design and behaviour of our motors
• Execute test cases submitted by the engineering and commercial team
• Document and communicate test results clearly to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain test rigs and work areas, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition

Essential:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow and produce clear, accurate technical documentation 
• Fluency in English
• Reliable, team-oriented, with excellent communication and proactive mindset

Preferred:

• Experience in soldering, electrical or machine shop work
• Familiarity with inspection and measuring equipment
• Previous experience in testing or quality assurance
• Basic coding skills
• Formal training or qualifications as an electrician, technician, or machinist
