Project Finance Analyst – build the business case for Norway’s AI factories

Fossefall is building Europe’s first bankable AI infrastructure platform, transforming Norwegian hydropower and land into sovereign, scalable AI capacity. We structure, finance and own AI infrastructure assets based on Norwegian hydropower.

Join our team as a Project Finance Analyst and play a central role in financing and structuring our first AI factories.

You will work directly with management to build and maintain financial models, prepare investor materials and support financing processes with investors, banks and advisors. Your work will help ensure that our projects move efficiently from concept to financial close.

Main responsibilities
As Project Finance Analyst, you will contribute directly to building bankable investments in Fossefall’s AI factory projects by:
• Building and maintaining detailed financial models (CAPEX, OPEX, IRR, capital structure)
• Preparing Project Information Memorandums (PIMs), investor decks and supporting analyses
• Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating with investors, advisors and lenders
• Conducting financial analyses to inform strategic decisions on sites, EPC and offtake agreements
• Working closely with the CEO, Property Director and Finance team to ensure accuracy and clarity in all financial outputs

Qualifications
Essential:
• Degree in finance, economics, engineering or equivalent
• Strong financial modelling skills (DCF, IRR, project finance)
• Fluent in English, written and oral

Preferred:
• 1–5 years of relevant experience from investment banking, project finance, private equity or consulting
• Experience preparing investor presentations and professional documentation
• Norwegian language skills
