About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Global Treasury & Collections Manager to oversee Group Liquidity, Collections, and Reporting to Lenders. The person will play a critical role in ensuring strong cash management, accurate and timely reporting, and effective collaboration across global finance teams and banking partners. The role will also manage and develop the Collection Team, with team members in Singapore, Japan, Greece and Norway.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys both operational responsibility and strategic collaboration within a global organization.
The position can be located in Egersund, Norway or Athens, Greece - depending on the candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver periodic reporting to lenders.
Drive global collection reporting and continuous process improvements.
Act as lead contact person for global banks, auditors, and other financial partners.
Ensure adequate liquidity across the Group at all times.
Serve as super user for all global banking systems, ensuring appropriate access rights and authority levels are maintained.
Lead and develop the Collection Team, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Main Tasks
Maintain and enhance the Treasury models.
Prepare and update the weekly cashflow forecast.
Collaborate with the Group Controller on reporting matters.
Work closely with the Group Finance Director on liquidity management.
Supervise and support the Global Collection Team to ensure timely and efficient cash inflows.
Liaise with auditors and lenders on treasury and liquidity matters
Qualifications & Competencies
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in treasury or corporate finance roles
“Can do” attitude and ability to empower the team to drive results
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel modelling skills.
Strong time management and willingness to travel occasionally.
