About the position:

Marketer.com is scaling, and we are looking for up to 3 ambitious Designer Interns to help us produce high-quality ad creatives. This role is perfect for creative talents who thrive in Figma, enjoy working (and experimenting) with AI design tools, and want hands-on experience in digital advertising at scale.

Your main focus will be designing and producing ad creatives and ad copy for our premium customers. You’ll collaborate closely with our customer success and product teams to bring campaigns to life.

What we're are looking for:

• Strong interest in graphic design, digital marketing and technology

• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)

• Experience with AI design tools (e.g. Photoroom, MidJourney, Sora)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient

• Self-motivated and responsible with a strong work ethic

• Fluent in English, with Norwegian fluency preferred

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

• Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce

• French language skills

Responsibilities:

• Create large volumes of ad creatives in Figma

• Use AI tools to enhance, edit, and scale creative production

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone

• Participate in meetings and convey customer feedback

• Create reports and maintain information flow both to customers and within the company

• Collaborate with the customer success and product teams
