This role is unique and presents a rare and valuable opportunity for the right candidate. This is a full-time position, and the start date for the role is June 16th.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and install computing equipment related to infrastructure including servers, storage, network, security, and vendor devices.
• Configuration and monitoring of network components
• General technical support, including break-fix for new rack distributions, incident management, DC related tasks etc.
• Handling ongoing changes and troubleshooting of network equipment and associated systems
• Perform operational support, troubleshooting and proactive analysis
• Assists with shipping, receiving, and distribution of equipment and hardware.
• Communicates issues or possible risks to management, end users, and infra teams.

Competence:

• Education in IT/computer technology, preferably with specialization in networks
• Experience from working with data centers and networks, this can make up for a lack of relevant education
• Experience and certification in Dell servers is a significant advantage for the role
• Should be well versed with CAT5, 6, 7 and fiber cables connectivity between devices with the same.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbally
• Good communication skills
