PIMS Work Prep Lead

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for PIMS Work Prep Lead
Pnr: 22460

Job Description:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of work pack preparation in PIM for the hook up scope for the projects topside
• Closely interact with AKSO Fab.Engineering for data transfer from MIPS to PIMS for work packages and scope transfer from onshore to offshore
• Ensure work packs are complete, accurate, and compliant with project standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with discipline engineers, construction leads, and commissioning teams to gather required input.
• Monitor progress and report on work pack status, readiness, and bottlenecks.
• Support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives related to work pack processes.
• Ensure traceability and documentation of changes and revisions in PIMS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project completion, commissioning, or construction within the oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of PIMS or similar project information management systems.
• Experience in work pack development and execution planning.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
