Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Cash Management Advisor covering large institutional and corporate clients. This is a unique opportunity to develop as an advisor in an evolving environment and increasingly important area as finance departments and treasuries face continual updates and adjustments.

Associate Cash Management Advisor to Large Corporates & Institutions Cash Management Sales Norway, Oslo.

The Role

You will act as an advisor and project manager driving both customer engagements as well as internal strategic business development. The role includes more activities such as driving internal strategic execution and supporting new mandates as well as operational activities such as preparing presentations and analyzing data. To do well in this role, you need strong relationship and networking skills as well as analytical and technical skills and a sense for details.

Your main areas of responsibility will be the following

• Together with Senior Cash Management advisors run and develop segment customer portfolio

• Drive customer analysis and identify new opportunities

• Coordinate and execute the strategic agenda of Cash Management Sales

• Consistently contribute to the Cash Management offering development

Candidate profile

You are an analytical, ambitious, structured person striving to deliver high quality with a high level of professionalism and ownership. You take own initiatives and act in a proactive manner, and you are willing to ask questions in order to ensure that you are on the right path. You enjoy understanding the bigger picture, connecting the dots and through this creating value for customers and stakeholders. Finally, we expect you to be a team player as you will be part of a culture where collaboration is the center of our success. Key skills and expectations

• 1 – 3 years of experience from, but not limited to, corporate banking, treasury/finance departments, business controlling or consultancy 

• Fluency in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written

• High proficiency in using MS Office

• Relevant higher education
