Take Responsibility – The Position: ERP Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and system-savvy ERP Specialist to support and enhance our ERP platform, Infor M3CE. In this role, you will collaborate closely with finance and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure system reliability, and empower users through training and support. Qualifications:
Experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or similar role
Experience with financial systems and ERP solutions, preferably Infor M3CE, including configuration, customization, and integration
Knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Accurate and systematic
Ability to prioritize and keep deadlines
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support the ERP system from a finance/accounting perspective, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability
Develop and implement enhancements to M3CE to meet business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality
Provide training and support to end-users on M3CE functionalities and best practices
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in M3CE and financial systems
