Product Manager - Sub-Bottom Mapping

In this role, you will own the roadmap for our sub-bottom profilers (SBP) and electromagnetic (EM) sensors, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that set the benchmark in underwater mapping.

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in the application of these technologies — someone who thrives where advanced hardware meets real-world challenges, and who knows how to turn user needs into robust product strategies. What you will be doing 

• Own the product roadmap for sub-bottom profilers and EM sensors, from strategy to lifecycle.

• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to capture insights and translate them into clear requirements.

• Partner with R&D to deliver robust, survey-ready systems, and manage trade-offs across performance, cost, and usability.

• Integrate hardware with our unified software ecosystem to ensure seamless workflows.

• Drive portfolio economics, business cases, pricing, and competitive positioning.

• Plan and execute product launches, ensuring strong value propositions and market impact.

• Manage lifecycle decisions, including quality improvements and end-of-life planning.

We think you should have 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated strength in building and nurturing networks — both inside and outside the organization — to align priorities and drive results.

Nice to have 

• Familiarity with hydrographic standards and workflows.

• Technical fluency in geophysics or marine instrumentation.

• Hands-on experience with sub-bottom profilers or EM equipment in geophysical survey operations.

• Product management fundamentals — creating roadmaps, prioritization, and iterative delivery.
