Logistics Coordinator 

Mowi Nutrition is part of the Mowi Group, the world’s largest producer of Atlantic Salmon. Mowi Nutrition is a global unit in the value chain using the rest of the raw material from the salmon. Our main products are salmon oil and salmon meals, which are sold in a global market for food, aqua feed, and pet food. We currently have production facilities in Norway and Poland. 

The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for the defined tasks in Supply Chain department along with Customer Service and Logistics business area.  

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, drives results, collaborates effectively with others, and openly shares knowledge and experience. A positive, solution-oriented mindset is key to succeeding in this role. 

Key responsibilities 

• coordinating transportation and warehousing 
• optimizing logistics operations 
• managing documentation, resolving shipping issues 
• handling inventory 
• communicating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery   

We are looking for:  

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, administration, or related field 
• Experience in supply chain and background in logistics, planning or customer service will be an advantage 
• Experience in forecasting, planning, and optimization 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams 
• Striving to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain 
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Fluent knowledge of English

This position will be in our Mowi office in Bergen or Ørsta. Some travel is required.
