Office Coordinator
Do you thrive on keeping things organized, supporting your colleagues, and making sure everything runs smoothly? We are looking for an Office Coordinator to manage daily operations at our Bergen office and provide trusted support to our Monitoring team.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for both employees and visitors, handling a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. You’ll coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events, assist with onboarding, manage office supplies and facilities, and liaise with vendors and our landlord.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of the Monitoring division and Bergen office employees.
- Maintain employee records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders if needed.
- Point of contact with the office landlord.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility requests.
- Support scheduling and logistics for meetings, training courses, appointments, ROC operations, and events.
- Assist with onboarding new employees (desk setup, IT, key cards, etc.)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Point of contact with the cantina and office cleaning vendor.
- Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
- Coordinate and be the point of contact with IT, Payroll and HSEQ departments, and serve as the first point of contact for questions from employees to these departments (e.g. payroll, timesheets, etc.)
- Responsible for the office welfare.
- Assist and backup for project journey management, procurement and logistics.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in an administrative or office support role. Proficient in English and Norwegian.
SKILLS:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools. Self starter with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
Basic understanding of HR processes and accounting principles. Previous experience in a multidepartmental environment.
