Partnerships Specialist – Nordics
Key responsibilities include:
Brand Partnerships
- Identify, build, and manage collaborations with premium brands and companies that enhance Rituals’ visibility and strengthen our positioning.
- Create and execute brand-driven concepts that increase awareness, traffic, and sales across ECOM & RETAIL.
- Negotiate contracts, manage activations, and deliver measurable results through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and sampling opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally to maximize value and ensure seamless execution of partnership projects.
Hospitality & Leisure
- Develop and expand Rituals’ presence in hospitality: build partnerships with restaurants, gyms
, beach clubs, golf courses, and offices.
- Act as the local ambassador for Hospitality & Leisure, driving awareness and brand experience in key cities.
- Define and execute local marketing activities and hospitality events to increase brand reach.
- Support distributor selection, training, and reporting to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications
You are a relationship builder with strong commercial drive and brand affinity. You thrive on networking, spotting opportunities, and turning creative ideas into concrete results.
Your background & skills:
- Proven track record in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or hospitality.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with creativity to develop brand-driven concepts.
- Experience in working with KPIs and delivering measurable results.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative way of working.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign; Salesforce is an advantage.
- Marketing/agency experience is a plus.
