Accountant | Golar LNG

We're currently seeking an Accountant to join our Oslo office. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of our Norwegian-based entity

Position Overview:

As an Accountant, you'll support accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting for Golar Management AS. You'll also support payroll for Golar Management AS and the FLNG offshore personnel. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role provides exposure to various financial functions within Golar LNG

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting tasks, including processing expenses and invoices

• Process payroll for the Offshore personnel

• Close cooperation with the Offshore personnel team

• Conduct balance and payroll account reconciliations

• Support local payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local laws

• Support on preparing monthly government reports and updating pension portals

• Assist in reporting and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience
