Do you have a scientific background and a passion for marketing?

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys combining creativity with structure, and who wants to grow within marketing and communication in a life science setting.

You will contribute to increasing visibility, engagement, and customer support through digital channels, events, and content creation. You will also help ensure that our product communication is clear and aligned with customer needs. The role is part of the sales team and supports business development and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support market research and competitor analysis

• Assist in updating and maintaining the company website

• Help create and publish content for digital channels (e.g., website, LinkedIn)

• Contribute to planning and coordination of marketing activities such as webinars, ads, and events

• Help prepare and follow up on industry conferences and exhibitions

• Assist in developing and updating marketing materials (digital, print, and written)

• Collaboration with sales team on marketing-related tasks

• Participate in cross-functional projects when needed

• Help ensure digital communication tools function as intended

Qualifications

• Educational background in either life sciences (e.g., biotechnology, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, or medical laboratory science) or marketing/communication

• Experience from the life sciences, IVD, healthcare, or biotechnology industry is an advantage

• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination is an advantage

• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe), SEO, and social media platforms

• Native-level or excellent writing skills in English; Scandinavian language skills are a plus

• Structured, creative, and self-driven

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
