📍 Location 
- Preferably Verdal, Norway — but we’re open to flexible or remote arrangements for the right candidates.

🛠️ What You'll Do 

For Both Roles: 

• Build and maintain robust web applications using Laravel (backend) and Vue.js (frontend). 

• Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver seamless user experiences. 

• Optimize performance, debug issues, and write clean, maintainable code. 

• Participate in technical planning and contribute to architectural decisions. 

• Continuously improve our codebase and development practices. 

Senior Role Additional Responsibilities: 

• Take technical ownership of complex projects from planning to deployment. 

• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions using Laravel and Vue.js. 

• Mentor and support fellow developers — share knowledge, set standards. 

• Conduct code reviews and champion clean, efficient code. 

• Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into smart tech solutions. 

• Ensure performance, security, and long-term maintainability. 

• Drive continuous improvement in tools, workflows, and development culture. 

🎯 What We're Looking For 

Shared Qualifications: 

• Proven experience with Laravel and Vue.js in production environments. 

• Strong grasp of PHP, MySQL, and modern web development principles. 

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 

• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English. 

• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience is a plus. 

Senior Role Requirements: 

• Extensive hands-on experience with Laravel and modern PHP. 

• Advanced skills in Vue.js for building dynamic, reactive UIs. 

• Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, and scalability. 

• Solid experience with cloud environments and integrations. 

• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
