Marketing coordinator

Zenitel is strengthening the marketing team, and we are now looking for an engaged, curious and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Maritime & Energy division. The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of our marketing strategy by coordinating content creation and publication across platforms, optimising web content for visibility, and tracking performance to help us grow our presence in new and existing markets. You will work closely with the marketing lead and external suppliers to ensure that what we publish is structured, relevant, and effective — and that we stay consistent to our brand towards customers, partners, and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and own the content calendar, ensuring timely updates across web, newsletter (Mailchimp → HubSpot), and LinkedIn

• Coordinate content creation tasks with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers

• Support in creating digital marketing content (incl. images, simple visuals) using Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools

• Optimise web content, including solution pages and product pages, based on SEO principles and best practices

• Monitor and report on performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to scale up use of demo room for webinars, how-to videos and other tasks

• Contribute to planning and coordination of global sales & partner meetings as well as tradeshows

• Stay updated on digital marketing tools, including the use of AI and automation to improve efficiency

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Relevant education from university or trade school (marketing, communication, digital media, or similar)

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably from a B2B or technical environment

• Solid understanding of SEO, content structure, and performance tracking

• Experience with CMS platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp/HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite

• An interest in maritime or industrial technology is a plus

• Strong coordination, communication and writing skills, with excellent command over English
