What We’re Looking For. We are seeking talented individuals with expertise in Project & Delivery Leadership, and Change and Transformation Management within large SAP & S/4HANA programs. Experience in classic and agile ways of working including relevant qualifications is an asset. If you also have experience from manufacturing and resources or process industries including Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Engineering, Metals & Mining, Forest-based products, or Capital Projects this is a bonus. 

What You’ll Do. Depending on your role, you’ll engage in activities such as: 

• Leadership of Program, Project or Teams, to ensure successful delivery 

• Defining project strategies and collaborating with clients 

• Analyzing and planning complex deliverables, projects or programs 

• Designing functional and technical solutions 

• Develop and Deploy Training and workforce readiness activities 

• Ensuring delivery of the right scope on time, within budget, and with high quality, driving business transformation and value for clients 

• Collaborating effectively with local and global teams, as well as functional and technical teams, to ensure seamless delivery
