Supply Chain Manager at Roche

As Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee local supply chain activities, ensuring efficient distribution, reliable forecasting, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners. You will play a central role in driving compliance, optimizing operations, and securing availability of medicines. The Opportunity

• Oversee in-country supply chain activities, including distribution and Order-to-Cash, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

• Manage operations and contracts with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and act as primary contact for wholesalers.

• Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards and internal procedures, reporting any irregularities to the local Quality Unit.

• Own and manage the local demand forecast in collaboration with global supply chain, local teams, and external stakeholders.

• Monitor and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste.

• Implement supply chain strategies that balance efficiency, compliance, and patient needs.

• Drive cost-efficient distribution and logistics by reviewing and controlling operational expenses.

Who You Are

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

• You bring professional experience in supply chain / logistics, or in other related fields such as finance. Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry or any other highly regulated industry will be advantageous.  

• You are skilled in building trusted partnerships across functions and with external stakeholders.

• You are a strong communicator who connects effectively across business, finance, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams.

• You are comfortable working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and managing processes across multiple systems. Knowledge of GDP/GMP regulations is a plus.

• You demonstrate integrity, high ethical standards, and fluency in English. Norwegian language skills are an advantage.
