Warehouse Coordinator

As a Warehouse Coordinator for Vestas, you are an important part in assuring our warehouse activities are running smoothly while being a part of a global wind energy company.

Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > NO - Warehouse 

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe warehouse

• Receive inbound shipments from the central warehouse in Germany

• Receive return shipments from service vans

• Perform Pick, Pack and Ship

• Ensure a high delivery performance

• Ensure that the warehouse is lean, effective, and productive

• Start & follow up on initiatives

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent and 2-5 years' experience with warehousing

• Forklift certificate

• Flexible approach due to occasional traveling

• Systematic and self-directed work approach

• Problem-solving skills

• Extensive background in collaboration and teamwork

• SAP experience (warehouse transactions)

Competencies

• Good English and Norwegian language skills, spoken and written

• Motivated and engaged

• Methodical and structured approach to working practices

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Self-leadership skills, ability to prioritize workload to meet operational deadlines

Additional information

Warehouse is located in Trondheim, Norway. Working time is 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday.
