Quality Hotel Expo is looking for - Assistant Head Chef

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in kitchen operations and is committed to quality and guest satisfaction.

You are a leader and motivator, have a good mood and can contribute to an efficient team.

You are used to a hectic and busy workday. This does not affect your good mood and you are gentle and accommodating with guests and colleagues.

Job description:

- Responsible for operating the hotel's kitchen in the evening
- Personnel responsibility, training, development and follow-up of employees
- Follow-up of internal control systems
- Responsible for cleaning and compliance with safety regulations
- Contribute to a good working environment and cooperation with colleagues in the kitchen and with various departments
- Produce food according to order
- Be a good role model and motivator for your employees.

We want you to have:

- Relevant work experience as a manager
- Certificate as a chef
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the culinary profession
- Good communication skills
- Are flexible, accurate and self-driven
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity in everything you do.
- Possess strong communication skills in English, a Scandinavian language is also an advantage
