We are looking for a Software Program Manager R&D with a background in product development to join our growing Program Management Team. In this role, you will oversee multiple R&D and software projects from concept to market, working closely with our technology-driven R&D and production teams. The work is multi-disciplinary and requires coordination across several teams and project managers from different fields.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead software projects and programs from initiation to completion, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and change requests.

• Ensure effective stakeholder communication by reporting status, risks, and translating technical progress into business impact.

• Understand customer needs and challenges, aligning projects with business and user requirements.

• Travel up to 2–3 times per month onsite to support project and program coordination.

Job Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in technology and 5+ years’ experience as a software project/program manager, or in software engineering/product management of complex systems.

• Experience managing multiple complex software projects, with knowledge of SDLC (Agile, Waterfall).

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; background as a developer/engineer is an advantage.

• Experience within robotics or automated storage solutions is valued.

• A hands-on individual that is structured, a planner and good at setting direction, in combination with creativity, problem solving and great communication skills.

Location for this role is in our offices in Lysaker (Oslo), our headquarters in Nedre Vats (Norway`s West Coast), or Stavanger.
