Senior Engineer Mechanical Design

Interwell is looking for an experienced mechanical design engineer to join our R&D department. In this role, you will take products from concept to delivery, developing innovative technical solutions and validating designs through testing. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Lead, participate in, and execute development projects from design to delivery.

• Perform mechanical design, structural analysis, and calculations.

• Contribute to concept generation and design development in projects.

• Plan, document, and participate in design validation testing in collaboration with R&D workshop and test facilities.

• Prepare technical documentation for manufacturing and product support.

• Collaborate and communicate with suppliers, operations, and sales departments.

• Conduct technical investigations and prepare appropriate documentation.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

• BSc or MSc Engineering or equivalent

• Min. 5 years relevant experience

• Fluent English – oral and written
