CFO/COO for international SaaS Company

As CFO/COO, you will be a central part of the company with the following responsibilities:

• Finance & Accounting: Responsible for budgeting, financial management, reporting, and financial analysis.

• Strategy: Develop and follow up on strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term growth.

• Commercialization & Internationalization: Drive the company’s expansion into new markets.

• Investor Relations: Actively participate in investor relations and fundraising activities.

• Operational Leadership: Ensure efficient operations and support growth by building clear structures and processes.

Desired Qualifications

• Some years of professional experience, preferably from consulting, or from a start-up/scale-up environment.

• Strong analytical and strategic skills, combined with the motivation and ability to work hands-on.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.

• Comfortable with some travel and working in an international team.
