Role Summary and Purpose
We are seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) Human Resources to join our Executive Circle and report directly to the CEO. This is not a traditional HR role—it is a strategic seat at the leadership table, with the responsibility to design, build, and lead the people frameworks that will carry Thor Medical from a high-potential innovator to a global healthcare leader.
As EVP HR, you will be both guardian of culture and architect of structure: ensuring compliance and clarity while fostering an environment of trust, engagement, and high performance. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape organizational design, talent strategy, and the cultural foundation of Thor Medical.
Key Responsibilities
Build HR structures and compliance systems that scale with our growth while ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with laws and ethical standards.
Lead talent acquisition and employer branding, positioning Thor Medical as a workplace of choice in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
Shape and champion company culture, embedding collaboration, accountability, and innovation into daily practice.
Drive engagement and performance frameworks, including structured reviews, leadership dialogues, and recognition systems.
Develop learning and succession pathways to prepare future leaders and foster continuous growth across the company.
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Guide organizational change, ensuring Thor Medical remains agile and aligned during rapid growth and transformation.
Qualifications and Skills
Significant senior HR leadership experience, ideally at executive level in an international or complex organization.
Strong expertise in HR governance, employment law, and compliance.
Proven success in designing scalable HR systems and driving talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
Demonstrated ability to shape culture and strengthen engagement across diverse teams.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Forward-looking, adaptable, and motivated by mission-driven work.
