We’re part of the AAP Group, and we thrive on solving complex real-world challenges with smart, scalable technology.
We’re currently scaling up and need a Sales Manager to help us commercialize and grow our flagship SaaS products: CrewMatch, CrewMan, and PayCalc.
What you’ll do
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our commercial success. You’ll:
Lead the go-to-market strategy for our SaaS products – from planning to execution.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key industries.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Own the sales process from first contact to signed contract – including offers, negotiations, and closing deals.
Represent Zymfonix at client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
Collaborate closely with senior management on strategy and market positioning.
Shape the future of our commercial operations with your ideas and insights.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced – but also energetic, strategic, and ready to roll up their sleeves.
Must-haves
Experience in sales and business development, ideally in software, tech, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of the SaaS landscape and market dynamics.
Preferably bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, communications – or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Office 365.
Nice-to-haves

Experience working across multiple sectors or with enterprise clients.
